My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. If you are having trouble reading the emails or if you haven't received any updates, please get in touch with us immediately.

How do I know if this is a safe online shop?

Where do you operate?

We ship our product anywhere within the continental United States.


Do you provide installation service?

No, unfortunately we do not provide installation services.


Why is everything priced in Dollars? I am not from the United States.

We only ship to and operate from the United States. This means you cannot order if you are not from the USA.


What is your return policy?

All our  products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to our full return policy for further details.

What products do you offer?

Right now, we sell only the products listed on site. We're expanding our product line quickly. If you like our products and wish we sold something else, we'd love to hear from you.


Why do some products take longer to ship?

We limit our customization options so we can carry more items in inventory and ship them fast. If you order a colorway or option that we don't have in stock, we'll make it to order with our overseas manufacturing partner, which takes longer to ship. We'll always let you know when to expect your product.


What are the dimensions of each piece?

Shipping & Delivery


How long does it take for delivery?

When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 4-7 days and gets delivered within 3-4 weeks.


How much do I have to pay for delivery?

Delivery cost is included in the total cost


How can I track my order?

Once an order is submitted its details are emailed to you. This email will contain the order number. You can login with your credentials to our site and track the order status as well as the order details. If you have any issues or queries please get in touch with us by drop us an email at qiana@jewelhomedeals.com.


What if I am not home when my package arrives?

Our shipping partner will leave a notice at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.


Can I change my address after the order is placed?

As long as your item is not shipped yet, we can still change this for you. Please email the correct address and your order number to qiana@jewelhomedeals.com and we will take care of it for you. 

Once the order is shipped out (you will receive tracking info when shipped), it is out of our hands. If that is the case you will need to contact the carrier who is delivering your items. 


Can I cancel my order if I change my mind? 

As long as your items are not in print yet, you can still cancel your order. When your item is 'in print' we cannot cancel anymore since it is already being made. To cancel your order, email us at qiana@jewelhomedeals.comPlease title your email "Cancel order (your order number)" and we will handle it from there.
